What shipping service do you use?
We use USPS first class and UPS with insurance and delivery confirmation. All international orders ship UPS.
Do you pay customs fees on international orders?
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the customer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer; Cali Crusher has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

How long does shipping take?
We ship orders within 24- 48 hrs of payment received.
For Standard (US) deliveries, allow 4-8 business days (location dependent).
For Expedited (US) deliveries, allow 1-5 business days (location dependent).
For Canadian orders allow 7-14 business days.
For worldwide shipments please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.

My HOMEGROWN® blades are broken, what do I do?
In the very rare occurrence that one of the blades/teeth on your HOMEGROWN® Grinder bends or breaks, please submit a product claim. If your claim meets the criteria of our Limited Warranty, we will issue you a replacement part at no additional cost. Please note however, that only the blades/teeth are covered under this warranty and we will replace the broken piece, not the whole grinder.
